Pemmi-Con will be held over 20-23 July 2023, in the Delta Hotels Winnipeg and the RBC Convention Centre, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It is in the heart of Winnipeg, well-served by public transit, and within easy walking distance of restaurants, brewpubs, shopping, museums, historic sites, gardens and parks with great public art.

About Winnipeg

A joining of the eastward-flowing Assiniboine River [uh-si-nuh-boyn] into the northward-flowing Red River [red], people have gathered here to trade, talk, and entertain each other for hundreds, nay, thousands of years. Competing trading forts grew up on both sides of the Red River at this waterway junction, and a city has grown around it. There is a long standing tradition of many different peoples coming together here. From Somalian cuisine, to Ukrainian dance troupes, to Indigenous hoop dancers, we celebrate the many cultures of the wonderful mosaic that is Winnipeg. We look forward to showing you all the wonderful attractions of Winnipeg when we host the 2023 NASFiC.

Be sure to check out the Live Badfic Reading, a venerable Winnipeg fandom tradition! As presented at Keycon and the Wild Prairie Fur Con, this will be the 15th Live Badfic Reading. We’re hoping to outdo ourselves in the field of hilarious awfulness. Past Badfic events have had people literally pounding their heads on the table and crying with laughter, so come and see what all the fuss is about!
