    Pemmi-Con Guest of Honour John Mansfield has died, April 19th, in hospice care, in Winnipeg.  Best known as a convention runner, Mansfield chaired the Winnipeg in ’94 Worldcon bid and, subsequently, ConAdian, the 1994 Worldcon.
